As a long time car audio enthusiast himself, Roy knows all too well what an excellent sound system can do for you. Therefore his motto is simple, that he’s not here to make a quick buck from his customers, but rather to involve the customer in the process and to plan the perfect customized setup for each individual customer. Only then does he believe that you can “Engage your Senses” with a good setup in your car.
As a passionate, driven person, Roy is always willing to share his technical expertise with his customers and it is precisely because of this open communication, that friendships are formed out of what started off as mere business relationships. This is what keeps his customers coming back and sets his business apart from many of the others in the same line.
Also, Dimension Audio has proved that the new shop on the block is no rookie when it comes to achieving results as in less than 6 months since the start of the business, he has achieved good results for AMMA 2008 Ultimate Sound Challenge (SQ) Competition, coming in third in the second round of heats and the second place in the Finals! He recently came 1st in the SASCA / IASCA Sound Quality Challenge Heats in August.
